Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid programming consulting and cybersecurity code audit engagements with Net Field Core. Website content itself is free to browse and is not a purchasable product.

Eligibility

Refunds are considered when an engagement has not started, or when Net Field Core cancels an engagement before delivering agreed work. Once substantive review work has begun against the scoped repositories, fees for completed stages are generally non-refundable.

Timeframe

Refund requests should be sent in writing to info@net-fieldcore.digital within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request (for example, cancellation before kickoff).

Full and partial refunds

Full refund: engagement cancelled by us before kickoff, or cancelled by you before any repository access or review hours are logged.
Partial refund: if work has started, we may refund unused prepaid stages minus hours already performed and non-recoverable preparation.

Non-refundable items

Completed audit reports and verification passes already delivered
Advisory session blocks already conducted
Third-party costs approved in writing (for example, specialized tooling licenses purchased for your engagement)

Process and timing

Email info@net-fieldcore.digital with your engagement reference, reason, and payment details used. We respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible, typically within 14 business days after approval.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-shows

Kickoff and walkthrough calls may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Repeated no-shows may forfeit prepaid session time. Deposits securing a start week are refundable only if cancellation occurs before the deposit hold date stated in the engagement letter.

Work already started

If repositories have been cloned under the engagement letter and review has begun, fees covering logged hours and prepared findings drafts remain due.
